According to a 2023 survey of 3,000 moms by Everyday Health Group, Gen Z moms put more emphasis on being "perfect" compared to their Millennial counterparts. They aspire to ensure tech-free time for their children, the prioritize their family over themself, and they want their children to have plenty of free time.
